When I first started the Lifelong Project it was an experiment. In the time since I started I've accomplished several goals as a result of the Lifelong Project:
- Became a better, happier person
- Became a better father, friend, brother, and son
- Become an avid, persistent reader
- Written and published three books on project and program management
- Toured Europe on speaking tour from London, Antwerp, Brussels, Frankfurt to Rome
- Received blessings from the Pope and Gyuto Monks
- Dropped 50 pounds of weight
- Ran four half-marathons
- Ran the Chicago Marathon
- Found my passion again
- Delivered Lifelong Project presentations around the United States and Europe
- Made new friends
- Kicked old habits and created new, healthy habits
- Paid off debt, invested, and grew my business
- Fell in love with art, science, theater, and music
- And many more adventures...
All of these accomplishments are wonderful, but the thing I am most proud of is that I've been able to help other people. I've met hundreds of people just like me that felt stuck, felt despair, and felt alone. The message of the Lifelong Project isn't that life is simply a project; the message of the Lifelong Project is that life is for living!
